Trip into the city

On Monday Sally, Cat and I took the boys into Wellington to visit the Whale exibition at Te Papa before meeting Jane for lunch. Cat got a ticket for the Verticle Bungy for her birthday and Jane agreed to do it with her. So we rock up to the ride and Haz says he wants to do it too. Well, not really knowing what was going to happen he is happily strapped into the cage with mum and Jane. Then...

So eventually this cage is lowered back to the ground with three very happy smiling faces on board. Cat and Jane swear never to do it again, while Haz was a bit blown away at first but soon wanted to have another go. Then we wandered down to Frank Kitts Park and the boys had a go on the Bungy Swings.

Then we wandered back out to the Hutt Valley and did some fishing off the wharf in Lowry Bay before having a quick feed and heading home.
