Catherine couldn't get home yesterday and stayed with the Junipers. Lost power again last night at about 7:30pm and it stayed off until about midday Tuesday. We all slept in the lounge and had a comfortable night. First thing this morning the boys were out making a big snowman.
We then braved a walk up Avro Road, and back down the logging tracks. Avro Road is totally unpassable with many trees down across the powerlines.
Turns out that 2 wheel drive quad bikes are no good in the snow.
And Catherine has just arrived home! Yay!!
